Jill Sochill is a dynamic force blending heartfelt advocacy with a comedic spark. As the visionary leader of the global nonprofit UpRising Yoga, she brings mindful yoga and life skills to incarcerated and underserved communities. Jill’s Trauma Informed Yoga Trainings equip yoga instructors, mental health professionals, and educators to implement trauma-sensitive programming in their lives and institutions. Additionally, she offers Deep Shift Coaching to anyone seeking personal transformation.
A passionate activist and impactful storyteller, Jill entertains audiences with her lived experiences. She offers workshops, consultations, and public speaking. Her influential work has been featured on CNN, PBS’s Roadtrip Nation, and Hello Giggles.
